Note:

1. CSR for Bulk Carriers was first issued in January 2006. For corrections and amendments thereafter, please refer to the Revision History Table (item 2 below).
2. Corrigenda 1(May 2006), Corrigenda 2(Jan 2007), Corrigenda 3(July 2007), Corrigenda 4 (Sept 2007) and Corrigenda 5 (May 2008) have been incorporated into the 1 July 2008 consolidated edition as shown (item 4) below.
3. Rule Change Notice No.1 (November 2007) has been implemented on ships contracted for construction for a date not later than 1 April 2008.
4. Rule Change Notice No.2 (Feb 2008) applied to ships contracted for construction on or after 1 July 2008. The Rule change may have been adopted before 1 July 2008 at the discretion of the Society.
5. Rule Change Notice No.3 (Urgent) was approved on 12 Sept 2008. It was incorporated into the 1 July 2009 consolidated edition with an appropriate statement.
6. Rule Change Notice No.1 and 2 were incorporated into the 1 July 2008 consolidated edition (item 4 below).
7. RCN 1 for CSR for Bulk Carriers (for 1 July 2008 consolidated edition) was published on 11 Feb 2009.
8. A consolidated edition incorporating all the previous RCNs and Corrigenda effective as of 1 July 2009 was issued on 17 April 2009.
9. RCN 2 for CSR for Bulk Carriers (for 1 July 2008 consolidated edition) was published on 14 April 2010 and is effective from 1 July 2010. For details, click item 2 ‘Revision History Table’ below.
10. A consolidated edition incorporating all the previous RCNs and Corrigenda effective as of 1 July 2010 was issued on 23 April 2010.
11. RCN 1 for CSR for Bulk Carriers (for 1 July 2010 consolidated edition) was published on 22 February 2012 and is effective from 1 July 2012. For details, click item 2 ‘Revision History Table’ below.
12. A consolidated edition incorporating all the previous RCNs and Corrigenda effective as of 1 July 2012 was issued on 03 May 2012.
13. These Rules will be superseded by the CSR BC & OT on effective date 1 July 2015.
